The Commerce Building
Fort Worth, TX
The Commerce Building is a 5-story, 84,000 GSF multi-use building. The ground floor includes an office, lobby, and retail space on Commerce Street as well as significant retail/restaurant frontage on the Plaza under an arcade that stretches across the length of the building. Four floors of office space sit above the ground-level retail floor.
The Building is broken into three parts with the 5-story facade in the center of the block stepping down to a 3-story façade next to the Land Title Building and a 4-story façade to the north on 3rd Street. The Commerce has four floors of office space above the ground level.
The Projects Group provided full project management and owner’s representation services from programming through construction completion.
